Shipping Policy

Simple shipping details for made-to-order DTF printed apparel.

Processing time

Most ShopBlackTShirts items are printed after the order is placed. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Limited drops, holidays, or busy periods may add extra processing time.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking

Once your label is created, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping address

Please enter the correct shipping address before placing your order. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipping has started.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Delivery timing is handled by the carrier after the package leaves us. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery issue so we can review the order and help with the next steps.
