Return Policy
Simple return rules for DTF printed shirts and made-to-order apparel.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.
Return condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition received. We may refuse a return if the item has stains, odors, damage, heavy wear, missing packaging, or signs that it has been washed or used.
Made-to-order DTF items
Many products are printed after purchase using DTF printing. For that reason, we do not accept returns for wrong size selection, change of mind, or color expectations unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged/defective print, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Return shipping and refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our mistake or an approved defect. Approved refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
